Jera Capital was established from the perspective of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the financial market, coming from major global institutions. We identified a foundational gap: the need for wealth management that is truly independent, sophisticated, and free from conflicts of interest.
Felipe Nobre
Felipe served as a portfolio manager at Banco Fator and Unibanco over three decades. He was a founding partner at Mainstay Capital before founding Jera Capital. YPO member, graduated from FGV-EAESP and holds a Master's in Economics from USP.
Fernando Kahtalian
Fernando has 30 years of experience in the financial market. He began his career at Banco Garantia and became director of equities at CSFB Garantia. A graduate in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP, he combines strategic leadership and operational expertise.
Eduardo Setti, CFP®
Eduardo leads strategic client relationships at Jera with 20 years of experience in high-net-worth wealth management. He was a private banker at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and founded Perpetua Patrimônio. Graduated from FGV-EAESP and CFP® certified.
Guilherme Ghidetti, CFA
Guilherme leads Jera's investment strategy with 19 years of experience in asset selection and global portfolio construction. He was a partner at GPS (Julius Baer). Civil Engineer from Poli-USP, Master's from EESP-FGV and CFA certified.
Stephanie Carvalho
Stephanie leads Revenue Operations, Marketing and Client Success at Jera with 15 years of experience in SaaS, Electronics and Telecom. She has worked at Telefônica, Motorola and Omie. MBA in Data Science from USP-Esalq and executive education from University of Chicago Booth.
Iury Almeida
Iury leads technology at Jera Capital with 11 years of experience in platforms and analytical models for the financial market. He has worked at XP Inc., RB Capital and Pentágono S.A. DTVM. Bachelor's in Economics from Ibmec.
